You can contact us using any of the above contact methods. At times it can be hectic on the phone/support. Instead of calling, you can send us an email via the contact form button above. We will then either contact you by phone or send you a reply by email.
CUSTOMER INFORMATION
Information you provide to us will not be passed on and is only available to people associated with us. You may at any time request that information about you be deleted. In connection with your order, you agree that we store and use your information. We do this to fulfill our obligations to you. We also document all communication we have with you via email in order to provide the service you expect from us.
SECURE PAYMENT
Who can shop online?
To be able to shop online with us, you must be at least 15 years old. If you are under the age of 15, you must have an adult place the order for you. If you want to shop on credit, you must be over 18 years old.
Safe purchase
We aim to have the absolute best security around online sales, handling of personal data and payment. We have therefore adapted our business to the requirements set by the Norwegian authorities, through Distansehandel Norge, for safe online shopping.
Payment
ou will be charged for the order amount when your package is shipped from us.
All our prices are stated in Norwegian kroner (NOK) and no other fees are added to the total amount at checkout.
TERMS OF DELIVERY
Delivery time
Most of the items you see in the online store are in our warehouse.
We ship orders Monday to Thursday.
We do not ship orders on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
We do our best to ship your order the same day it is placed, but we ask that you allow 1-2 business days for processing. We appreciate your patience while we securely store and pack your order.
Shipping and fees
All our shipments go with Posten.
For your convenience and at a low cost, we offer shipping in bubble envelopes without tracking number, and it costs 39 - 65 kr, depending on the number of bottles.
Shipping of whole original bottles costs NOK 85 and has a tracking number.
If we cannot deliver your entire order in full, we will contact you before we send out
Uncollected packages
The pick-up deadline for packages is two weeks. If it is not picked up by then, it will automatically be sent back to us. You will then receive a note in the customer register, which means that you cannot place new orders. To release this block, you must contact us.
Once you have ordered the item for you, you will first receive a pick-up message from Bring. If you do not pick up the item, you will receive a reminder. If you still do not pick up the item after reminder, we will invoice you to cover our costs for postage, collection fees, return postage and additional work.
Return of goods - Right of withdrawal
With the exception of decanters, you have 14 days to return goods purchased in our online store. You pay your own return shipping if you use the right of withdrawal. If you have received the wrong item or items with errors, we will send you a new one at no cost to you.
We do not refund Decanters
AROMA k guarantees 100% that our niche perfume samples are authentic and genuine perfumes, hand decanted from the original bottle from the manufacturer. We cannot guarantee products that have been opened or used and therefore do not accept returns.
Sometimes the mail can cause damage to your packages. If you receive a damaged product in the mail, please email us immediately (within 3 days of receiving the package) with details and attach a photo of the product as you received it for replacement.
*Replacement will only be made if you include an accurate/clear picture of the damage.
We are only human and can make mistakes. If you receive the wrong fragrance, please email us immediately (within 3 days of receiving the package) with details and a picture of the product as you received it.
*Replacement will only be made if you send us a picture of the entire order/clear picture of the incorrect scent.
Please check the package upon receipt and contact us within 3 days of receiving the package if there are any problems with your order. We do not replace or exchange items or orders. It has been 3 days since receipt.
All shipping costs paid for delivery of the original order are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, unless we have made a delivery error or the item is damaged upon arrival.
Please allow 3-5 business days for the transaction to be credited to your account.
Complaint deadlines
1. Error on delivery
If you receive a defective or incorrectly delivered product, please contact us by email or phone. You should contact us as soon as possible and no later than 1 month after delivery.
2. Defects during the warranty period
We guarantee that the goods you have ordered are free from manufacturing defects for two years, or during the warranty period for the product (from delivery). If a fault occurs with your product during the warranty period, please contact us by email or phone. Customer service will provide you with information on how to proceed with your complaint.
3. Complaints
Notification of defects must be made within a reasonable time from when you discovered or should have discovered the defect. The right to complain about a product expires in any case after three years. In the event of a dispute, we follow the Consumer Council's guidelines for complaints!
